Agricultural graduate who fall in love with science and taste. Hailing from kottayam zone of kerala started the journey of research and marketing working in agricultural and biotech based companies later moved to his key interest area of food and taste by starting his first showcasing restaurant at kochi, everything else is the history.

We don't make recipes , they are born. Just like a person who is having unique character we make our recipes so unique that one can't experience anything similar from no where. The technical expertise and experience of Ajas and his will to take to any level to get the right product made this happen

Whats makes us unique is our sourcing of ingredients and self developed proprietary technology and trade secret in making of recipes.

We dont just make a recipe for the sake of doing it. We keep on trying again and again to get our best desired result over time till our heart says this is the food that our heart is longing for and any food lovers will accept it with all their love. Thus we create our recipes.
